The sections have different options:
– add a media to the section (it will be available on all the questions of this section)
-add a time limit and a random order of the questions to reduce the risk of cheating
The questions have various options:
– a comment can be left for the corrector
-different options can be applied per question: a time limit (at the end of the given time, the learner is automatically taken to the next question), a random order of the answers, penalty points
The exercises allow you to group the questions that are part of them on the same page. This is an interesting feature when several short questions refer to the same media for example.
The latest BO TestWe update introduces a highly useful feature: the question bank. This new flagship feature significantly simplifies exam creation on our platform. You can now easily create or import questions directly into this bank, sorting them based on essential criteria such as subject, category, difficulty, type, grade, and even the name of the teacher who originated the question. This intelligent classification optimizes your search and facilitates the later use of questions. Questions are organized into three well-defined tabs: “In creation,” “Finalized,” and “Archived.” The “In creation” tab allows you to design new questions. Once a question is ready for use and you have validated it, it moves to the “Finalized” tab. A relevant option gives you the ability to move questions to the “Archived” tab, automatically excluding them when creating exams. This feature optimizes the management and organization of your educational resources.
You can also share the questions you create in the bank with your colleagues, simplifying exam preparation and diversification. When creating exams, you have three options:
• Manually add questions
• Select existing questions from the bank
• Automatically add questions based on customizable criteria such as type, quantity, subject, category, difficulty, and tags.
